A bathroom is the easiest room to renovate remotely, and many of our British and Irish clients never see the site.
You send photos to start, we confirm a fixed price after a video survey, and you choose tiles, screen and taps over WhatsApp with couriered samples. Keys come from a neighbour, agent or managing agent.
During the two to three weeks on site you get a weekly photo report in English, then a video handover and a watertightness test.

A basic update starts from €1,200, a complete bathroom renovation runs €1,800–3,800, and a bespoke premium bathroom starts from €8,000. A bath-to-shower conversion starts from €1,500. The quote is fixed, itemised and excludes IGIC.
Yes, this is one of our most popular jobs, from €1,500. We remove the tub, re-tank the floor and walls, fit a flush low-profile tray and a made-to-measure screen, and re-route the plumbing and drainage as needed, usually within a few days.
A complete bathroom is usually ready in 2–3 weeks, including strip-out, re-plumb, tanking, tiling and fitting. We give a signed schedule before starting.
Yes. We fit level-access showers, grab rails, fold-down seats, non-slip flooring, comfort-height WCs and lever taps, designed discreetly so the bathroom still looks good rather than clinical.
