We plan a flat renovation room by room, so every space earns its place: tanked bathrooms and walk-in showers, insulated bedrooms with quiet split AC, and open-plan living where we bring in light.
Flooring ties it together, and the island climate shapes the choice, porcelain to stay cool, SPC vinyl in wet areas, engineered wood in bedrooms.

Renovating from abroad, including inherited flats
Many of our flat renovations are for owners in the UK, Ireland or Germany, often after buying a holiday apartment or inheriting a family property.
We run the whole project remotely: if the flat is full of old furniture we clear it, survey by video, then issue a fixed price.
Keys come from a neighbour, agent or managing agent, and we handle the residents' association in Spanish. Each week you get a photo report and budget-versus-actual in English, finishing with a video handover.

It depends on the scope: a partial renovation starts from around €450/m², a full renovation from €850/m², and a gut-to-shell job from €1,100/m². We confirm it with a binding, itemised quote after the survey. IGIC is not included.
An 80 m2 flat typically takes 6–8 weeks for a full renovation, or 10–14 weeks if it is a gut-to-shell job. A partial refresh is quicker. We give a signed schedule before starting and track it weekly.
Yes. We renovate and equip tourist apartments in Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles and the south with hard-wearing, low-maintenance finishes designed for guest turnover, protecting your nightly rate and property value.
Yes. Many overseas owners inherit a property full of old furniture. We can clear it completely before the works begin, so you never have to deal with the contents in person, and then start the renovation on a clean slate.
