We pave with anti-slip porcelain or stoneware that resists UV fading and stays cooler underfoot, add shade from bespoke pergolas, and always tank the slab and form proper falls before tiling, because a terrace that leaks damages the rooms below.

We survey by video or from your photos, issue a fixed price, and let you choose paving, pergola style and lighting over WhatsApp with couriered samples. We coordinate the residents' association in Spanish for shared roof terraces.

Laid anti-slip porcelain outdoor paving starts from around €45/m² and terrace waterproofing from €35/m². A bespoke pergola or porch and an outdoor shower (from €900) are quoted to scope. After the visit we provide a binding, itemised quote. IGIC is not included.
Yes, always. We tank the slab and form the correct falls to the drains before any paving goes down, so water is managed under the finish rather than sitting on top of it. Tiling a terrace without waterproofing first is the most common cause of leaks into the rooms below.
Yes. We build bespoke pergolas, porches and shaded chill-out areas in aluminium, wood or a combination, sized to your terrace and orientation for shade in the right place, and we check any community and town-hall rules first.
