Materials, joinery and appliances are ordered ahead and shipped over by ferry, with slack in the timeline for the crossing, so the site is not left waiting on a delivery. This approach suits full renovations of homes and holiday apartments — kitchens, bathrooms and whole units — far better than one-off small repairs, where the travel and freight rarely make sense. Lanzarote's distinctive white-and-green building rules matter here, so we work to the criteria of the island authority and each town council.
