Fit-outs that minimise your closure
For a commercial space, time closed is money lost, so we plan every fit-out around opening as fast as safely possible. After the survey we issue a binding fixed price and a signed schedule with a firm opening date.
Because all the trades are ours, we sequence electrics, climate, plumbing, fire protection, ceilings, flooring and finishes without the gaps that appear when separate subcontractors wait on each other. Where a business is already trading, we phase the work or run it outside opening hours to keep the tills open.
We also front-load the paperwork: the technical project and the activity licence run in parallel with the build rather than after it, so you are not left with a finished unit you cannot legally open. The result is a predictable date to unlock the doors, not a moving target.
Managing a Gran Canaria fit-out from abroad
Plenty of our commercial clients are non-resident investors or franchise operators opening a unit in the south without relocating to the island.
We act as your single point of contact on the ground: liaising with the landlord, the comunidad and the town council, handling the activity-licence trámites, and reporting progress weekly with photos and a budget-versus-actual view, all in English.
Material and finish decisions, flooring, signage, lighting, joinery, are made by video walk-through with couriered samples, and we run a video handover at the end. From an empty shell to a licensed, branded, ready-to-trade space, you can bring a Gran Canaria business to opening day while managing it remotely, then simply fly in for the launch.

You are getting the same standard of installations, compliant electrics, proper extraction, fire protection and accessibility, for a materially lower build cost.
That gap improves the economics of opening or expanding here, especially for tourism-facing businesses in the south. As with all our pricing, the figures shown exclude IGIC, the Canary Islands tax (general 7% for commercial works), which we itemise separately so you can compare accurately against a home-country contractor quote.
