After the survey we issue a binding fixed price and a signed schedule with a firm opening date. Because all the trades are ours, we sequence electrics, climate, plumbing, fire protection, ceilings, flooring and finishes without the gaps that appear when separate subcontractors wait on each other. Where a business is already trading, we phase the work or run it outside opening hours to keep the tills open. We also front-load the paperwork: the technical project and the activity licence run in parallel with the build rather than after it, so you are not left with a finished unit you cannot legally open. The result is a predictable date to unlock the doors, not a moving target.

A basic fit-out (acondicionamiento) starts from around €400/m², and a full commercial renovation from €700/m². A turnkey hospitality unit is quoted to scope because of the kitchens, extraction and services involved. All quotes are binding, itemised and exclude IGIC.
We plan the works to keep closure to a minimum, often phasing the job or working outside opening hours, and we commit to signed deadlines. For a new unit we agree a fixed opening date; for an existing business we minimise lost trading days wherever the layout allows.
