A basic fit-out (acondicionamiento) starts from around €400/m², and a full commercial renovation from €700/m². A turnkey hospitality unit is quoted to scope because of the kitchens, extraction and services involved. All quotes are binding, itemised and exclude IGIC.
We plan the works to keep closure to a minimum, often phasing the job or working outside opening hours, and we commit to signed deadlines. For a new unit we agree a fixed opening date; for an existing business we minimise lost trading days wherever the layout allows.
Yes. We prepare the technical project and process the activity or opening licence (licencia de actividad / apertura) with the relevant town council, and coordinate any health, fire-protection and accessibility requirements.
Yes. We fit out restaurants, bars and cafés (including kitchens, extraction and grease traps) as well as shops, showrooms, offices and clinics, with branded finishes, commercial lighting and shopfronts.
Yes. We work for non-resident owners and franchise operators, coordinating the landlord, the residents' association and the town council, reporting progress weekly in English with photos, so you can open a Gran Canaria location without living on the island.
