The showrooms sell doors and worktops, but a kitchen that works starts with technical planning. Before we choose a single cabinet we set the work triangle, the appliance positions, the sockets and the lighting, then run the plumbing and electrics to match. That means deciding worktop height for the cook, where the fridge and oven sit, how many dedicated circuits the appliances need and where task lighting falls, all before the units are ordered. Get this order wrong and you end up with sockets behind cupboards and an extractor with nowhere to vent. Because we design and build in-house, the plan we draw is the kitchen you get. For a primary home we tailor it to how you cook; for a holiday let we prioritise durability and fast cleaning. Either way, the technical groundwork is what makes the finished kitchen a pleasure to use.

Managing your kitchen renovation from abroad
You can renovate a Gran Canaria kitchen without flying over. We start with a video-call survey, then send a floor plan and a fixed quote you approve remotely. Material choices, worktop colour, cabinet fronts, tiles, happen through WhatsApp video walk-throughs of the showroom, and we courier physical samples so you can see and feel them at home within a few working days. Keys come from a neighbour, agent or managing agent, and we coordinate the residents' association in Spanish. Throughout the build your project manager updates you in English with weekly photos and a budget-versus-actual view, finishing with a video handover. Most overseas owners simply arrive to a finished kitchen on their next visit, no site meetings, no translator, no misunderstandings.

A partial update (fronts plus worktop) runs €4,000–6,000. A kitchen renovation with trades only, no units, starts from €9,500, while a complete kitchen with cabinetry and mid-range appliances is €15,000–25,000. We provide a binding fixed quote after measuring. IGIC is not included.
Yes. We move and renew the water supply, drainage and wiring to suit the new layout, adding dedicated circuits and sockets positioned before the units go in. Where a rewire is involved we issue the electrical compliance certificate (boletín eléctrico) to ITC-BT code.
An 8–9 m2 kitchen typically takes 2–3 weeks on site. We work in an orderly way, protect the rest of the home and leave the area clean every day.
Quartz, granite and ceramic (Dekton) all handle Gran Canaria's intense UV, hard water and salt air. We steer clients away from laminate for permanent kitchens, as it swells and fades faster in this environment. For holiday lets, a durable stone or ceramic surface is the safe choice.
