Laid porcelain flooring starts from around €35/m², SPC vinyl and engineered wood from €30/m², seamless microcement from €70/m², and bathroom or kitchen tiling from €30/m². The final figure depends on the area and whether the old floor is removed. After measuring we provide a binding, itemised quote, excluding IGIC.

Seamless microcement starts from around €70/m². It gives a continuous, joint-free finish on floors and walls and works well in living areas, showers and feature walls. It needs a sound, well-prepared substrate, which we handle, and correct sealing to stay durable.
