Not every floor that works in a UK home suits Gran Canaria, and matching the material to the climate and the room is where a good result starts.
Porcelain and stoneware are the island workhorses: they stay cool underfoot, shrug off UV and resist hard-water marking. SPC vinyl handles wet rooms, engineered wood warms bedrooms, and microcement gives a seamless look.

We survey the substrate by video or from your photos, issue a fixed price, and let you choose the material, format and colour over WhatsApp, with samples couriered so you can judge them in your own light.

On Gran Canaria laid porcelain starts from €35/m², SPC vinyl and engineered wood from €30/m², and seamless microcement from €70/m². You are getting proper substrate preparation and recognised adhesives, not a cut-price job, for a materially lower figure.
That lets many owners upgrade a tier, choosing large-format porcelain or microcement over a basic laminate. Porcelain and stoneware suit the climate best: they stay cool underfoot, resist hard-water marking and need little maintenance. SPC vinyl is ideal for wet areas, engineered wood adds warmth in bedrooms, and microcement gives a seamless, modern look. We advise room by room.
Seamless microcement starts from around €70/m². It gives a continuous, joint-free finish on floors and walls and works well in living areas, showers and feature walls. It needs a sound, well-prepared substrate, which we handle, and correct sealing to stay durable.
