Home renovations and full refurbishments in Fuerteventura
We are honest that we do not run a local crew or office in Fuerteventura, we are based in Maspalomas and cross to the island for the job. That reality shapes how we plan. Once we have assessed the property, in person or by video, we issue a detailed fixed quote and then programme the build in continuous blocks, so our trades stay on the island and the work runs without the stop-start of repeated day trips. Bulkier materials, joinery and appliances are ordered in advance and ferried across, with room in the timeline for the crossing, so nothing halts mid-renovation. This works best for full renovations of villas and holiday apartments in places such as Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma and Morro Jable, rather than minor repairs, where the freight and travel simply do not stack up. The constant wind and salt-laden air call for treated joinery and hard-wearing finishes, which we specify accordingly. If you have a sizeable project in mind, we are happy to visit, quote and plan the logistics with you.
