You do not need to be in Gran Canaria to design your home here. We brief by video call, then share the moodboard through an online link you review at your own pace.
For materials, we walk you through the showroom on WhatsApp video and courier physical samples so you can judge colour and texture in your own light.
If we also build, you follow it with a weekly photo report in English and a video handover.

A design project starts from around €40/m². Project plus site direction is priced by scope, and a turnkey service (design plus build) is delivered on a single binding fixed-price quote. IGIC is not included.
Yes. Unlike studios that only design, we design and build, so we take responsibility for the final result from start to finish, with one point of contact.
Yes. For Vivienda Vacacional properties we create a bright, neutral, photogenic look with hard-wearing, easy-clean materials, so the apartment stands out in listings and copes with guest turnover while protecting your nightly rate.
Yes. We run design projects entirely by video call, sharing moodboards online and couriering physical samples. You approve everything remotely, and if we also build the project you follow it with weekly photos in English.
We can also deliver only the project and site direction if you already have a contractor, although the most common service is the turnkey design-and-build.
